Fire Alarm Control Center
Life-safety controls are restricted. Alarm acknowledgement, evacuation, notification appliance silencing, reset, and maintenance actions must follow the authorized role, active condition, configured panel capability, and applicable local requirements. The UI must not imply that a customer can bypass the installed fire alarm system.

Events & Alerts

Roles & Panel Access
Organization Administrator, Security Administrator, Security Operator, Fire Safety Administrator, Facilities Administrator, and authorized responder permissions remain separately scoped.

Panels under maintenance or offline are clearly identified. Protected configuration and authorized piSun service operations remain outside ordinary customer controls.
