Self-healing rule

piSun should refresh expired temporary items, resume existing records, and retry idempotent operations instead of creating a second Patron, protected account, device relationship, or biometric identity.

Continue securely

Open piSun Patron on the device you are repairing. The app will inspect its Device Anchor, approved-device state, and secure connection and continue the appropriate protected recovery.

Fix selected problem in piSun

If the server cannot safely resolve a selected problem automatically, the same recovery request should become a Member Support case instead of failing silently.
