The authorized Governor or delegated administrator controls who may use the Organization Dashboard. Faculty, teachers, administrators and staff can receive their own access within the exact permissions and school/university scope assigned to them.

Students & enrollment
Active students, enrollment relationships, re-enrollment requests, status and scoped academic access.
Faculty & delegated admins
An authorized Governor or delegate can assign faculty, administrators and staff their own scoped Dashboard access and, when allowed, a piSun Dashboard download for their device.
Employee Time Clock
Employees use their existing biometric Patron login to clock in/out and review only their permitted time records.
Payroll administration
Authorized payroll personnel can review payroll-ready time and approved payroll inputs inside their assigned Organization scope.
Grades awaiting acceptance
See provisional grades still waiting for the student Patron to Accept or Challenge.
Grade challenge review
Authorized instructors and academic administrators can review challenged grades in their assigned course scope.
Submitter revisions
The original grade submitter may revise a provisional grade before student acceptance. Accepted grades cannot be silently changed.
Departments & courses
Manage department, college, program, course, class and delegated academic authority.
Labs & restricted resources
Grant specific students or staff access to labs, devices, applications, rooms and other restricted resources.
Organization Vault submissions
Receive student uploads under that Patron identity with access limited to the specific authorized uploader/reviewer path.

K–12 / School District Admin Dashboard

For K-12 schools, districts, charter schools and campuses.

Active student relationships, school enrollment, re-enrollment, class assignments and authorized school access.
Teachers, staff & delegated admins
An authorized Governor or delegate can assign teachers, principals, administrators and staff their own scoped Dashboard access and, when allowed, a piSun Dashboard download for their device.
Employee Time Clock
Teachers, staff and other employees can clock in/out with their existing biometric Patron identity when the school enables timekeeping for their employee relationship.
Payroll administration
Authorized payroll personnel can review payroll-ready time and approved payroll inputs without granting ordinary employees payroll authority.
Grades awaiting acceptance
Track provisional grades until the student Patron individually Accepts or Challenges them.
Grade challenge review
Teachers and authorized school administrators can review challenges only inside their assigned class/course scope.
Submitter revisions
The original grade submitter may update a grade before student acceptance; post-acceptance corrections return as new provisional grades.

Assignments, homework downloads, coursework uploads, course documents and classroom resources.

Student work is deposited into the School Organization Vault under the Patron name and specific reviewer scope.

Review academic actions, access decisions, challenge outcomes and other authorized school activity.
WORKFORCE

Employee Time Clock & Payroll

The same Patron identity used across piSun also identifies the employee. Biometric login resolves the Patron's 10-digit member number and active Organization employee relationship before time-clock, personal time-record, supervisor, or payroll features are shown.

Delegated access stays under authorized governance.

An authorized Governor or delegate may grant Dashboard View, Dashboard Download, student access, courses, grades, Vault review, reports, device management, timekeeping, supervisor review, payroll administration, or delegation authority separately. A delegate cannot grant a permission they were not given and cannot operate outside their assigned campus, department, course, class, team, work location, or other scope. Each person signs in with their own enrolled biometric; shared credentials are not used.

Downloads stay inside piSun.

The University Admin Dashboard, School Admin Dashboard, Student Desktop and related piSun applications are distributed from piSun-controlled websites and download pages. They are not offered through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or another third-party app marketplace.
