piSun retains ownership of its software, reusable platform architecture, source code, protected identity systems, bridges, connectors, modules, and related technology. A customer purchases defined USE rights, service entitlements, implementation rights, or support rights according to the applicable order, subscription, statement of work, or executed agreement.
Reusable piSun software remains piSun Software. Customer payment does not transfer source ownership, platform ownership, architecture ownership, or ownership of a reusable bridge unless a separately executed agreement expressly says otherwise.
Use rights may be limited by Organization, deployment, term, user population, endpoints, geography, environment, transaction volume, service level, implementation scope, or other contract terms.
When piSun builds a reusable capability for one customer, piSun may offer that same piSun Software to other customers. The next customer must obtain its own paid use right or service entitlement. Prior engineering does not create free rights for later customers.

Large capabilities with a published minimum and additional scoped charges.
A defined institutional deployment or use right at an established contract price.
Enterprise, exchange, government, sovereign, banking, infrastructure, or highly customized deployments priced by scope and commercial value.
The stock-exchange bridge is reusable piSun Software. Each stock exchange that uses the bridge must obtain its own separately paid service entitlement and use right. An exchange does not obtain rights covering another exchange simply because the bridge technology is shared.
